After-sale service

1，Warranty;

    Within 1 year, the buyer can send back the defective parts, then we exchange or repair , this is free ;

   about shipping fee, we pay our side, the client pay his side;

    If more than 1 year, then we will take some real cost for repair or exchange new part, and the cleint pay the shipping fee.

2, Refund service

   for OEM/ODM product,  no refund;

  for standard product, if no special reason, then can not refund, but for special reason, we can communicate with each other friendly, within 15 days, we can consider to provide refund service, and charge some reasonable cost; but if more than 15 days, then can not refund.
